Do you accept returns?
Sure we do! Please return items to us by post within 14 days of receipt. Items should be unused and unopened. We cannot accept returns on any sponges that have been opened from the zip bag due to hygiene reasons.
Please note: If a product has been used and opened, you will not be eligible for a refund.
 
How to return an item:
  1. Email us at contact@silqdrop.com to notify us that you are returning a product
  2. Pack your products securly and include your full name, address and invoice or order number for easy processin
  3. We will reply to you with our returns address and at your own expense
Postage for returns
We do not offer free returns at this moment.
How long do refunds take to process?
You will receive a refund within 7 days. Credit card refund times vary by bank or merchant.
